About Countdown Events
Our Story
Based in Norman, Oklahoma, we design and execute highly customized and unique events for every occasion at our venue or the one you pick. From intimate gatherings to lavish banquets, our mission is to make every event inspiring, extraordinary, and unforgettable.
Countdown Events started as a small business in a home office. We began with small, private parties and a few linens and decorations. Through consistency and determination, we have now accumulated thousands of inventory items, grown to over 40 employees, and become the amazing event planning company we are today.
Full-Service Event Company
We specialize in weddings, parties, showers, banquets, and corporate events of all sizes. From the initial planning to selecting the perfect location and theme, our creative design team will work their magic to turn your concepts and wishes into stunning results.
As a team, we not only design the events but we meet regularly with clients throughout the planning process. Our team will set up, execute, and tear down each event. We also provide day-of, week-of, and month-of coordinating and wedding planning. We want to make sure our clients feel loved and prepared for their special day so they can enjoy the moments and memories that will last a lifetime.

Our team customizes each event for our clients and every member is trained in the setup, execution, and teardown processes of our events.
